Billy Ward is the founder and president of Champion Builders, LLC and a partner in Champion Coastal Builders, LLC in Grand Isle, LA. Billy is passionate about providing his customers with impeccable service and quality in each home and project he builds. He also is committed to improving industry standards to ensure all home buyers receive the highest quality product. Billy began his career in the early 1980’s, when he became a first-class carpenter and started building homes. He built his business from the ground up to now being among the top-rated firms in the Louisiana Residential Building Industry with his most recent focus on Grand Isle, Louisiana.

His knowledge of the building industry has led him to be an expert witness on residential construction issues in Louisiana and across the nation. He has been awarded the Louisiana Home Builders Association “Builder of Year” top prize and was recently inducted into the Capital Region Builders Association Hall of Fame and the Louisiana Homebuilders Hall of Fame.

Billy also participates in community activities through his church, St John the Baptist Catholic Church. He is an avid sportsman and loves spending time on the Grand Isle coast with his family.

David is a Partner and the Real Estate expert for Champion Coastal Builders. David owns Coastal Realty Group located in Grand Isle, LA and has excelled in Real Estate since 2013.

He also has over 8 years of experience working in many types of marine and heavy civil projects including marine docks and structures, pre-stressed concrete girder bridges, piers, wharfs, docks, pipe racks, foundations, etc. Throughout his career he has provided project leadership and direction to past employers and worked directly under the VP of Texas Operations, and directly over Project Superintendents, General Foremen, Barge Foremen, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Field Engineers, Safety Supervisor, Boat Captain, Pile Drivers, Welders, Carpenters, Helpers, Laborers and other skilled or semi-skilled craft persons on the work site.

His coastal construction experience and Grand Isle Real Estate expertise is vital to Champion Coastal Builders.

Chris is a highly skilled and experienced contractor with a passion for turning construction and renovation projects into works of art. With 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, he has successfully managed and completed a wide range of residential and commercial projects, from small remodels to large-scale industrial construction.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results, Chris has a proven track record of exceeding client expectations. He takes pride in collaborating closely with clients to understand their vision and needs, ensuring that every project is tailored to meet and even surpass their goals on their dream home or camp in Grand Isle, LA.

As a licensed and certified contractor and master electrician, Chris brings expertise in all aspects of construction, including project planning, budget management, and on-site supervision.
